Overhead rail systems are essential for safe work at height where ground-level anchoring isn’t feasible. We design and install bespoke overhead track solutions for warehouses, vehicle bays, manufacturing sites, and fragile roofs — all engineered in-house to meet BS 8610, EN 795 Class D, and UKCA standards. Our team combines structural expertise with practical installation knowledge to deliver compliant, low-deflection systems that support safe movement and rescue planning.
Assesment and completion
1. Site Assessment
We conduct a detailed survey to evaluate roof structure, access zones, user tasks, and potential fall risks. Structural integrity and load paths are reviewed to determine feasibility.
2. System Design
Our in-house engineering team develops a bespoke solution using overhead track layouts, trolley specifications, and anchoring methods — all compliant with BS 8610, EN 795 Class D, and UKCA standards.
3. Installation & Certification
Our trained installers fit the system with minimal disruption. Final inspection and certification are issued to confirm compliance and readiness for use.
4. Handover & Support
